Daniel SI reserved the smallest van for moving an apartment. Got to the location and the van wasn’t available, the only one was the bigger sizes that was out of my budget. They said they wouldn’t charge me extra because the one I reserved wasn’t available. The gas tank was empty and I informed them, and they said they won’t charge me for the gas used upon return because it was their fault. When I returned the van. I was charged for the van size, and the gas. So not only did I have to fill the gas tank with my money, I paid double gas tanks for a huge van I didn’t even pick to begin with. On top of that, the customer service was horrible. I was charged about $800+ for this when I could have just hired movers. Do not recommend at all, they’re ripping you off.

Rosie RHave a problem because when i rent the equipment the truck was dirty and they charge me damage 120 dollars and I check the truck is no damage or equipment lost. They never do inspection to the truck and they renter to another family I saw and never check the equipment
MIGUEL MIt was very confusing to drop off and when you found the place it was in the back of a market with 20 volchers digging in the trash eating something. There wasn’t really a place to park the vehicle especially since they gave me the 26ft truck. When I went in to drop the keys off there was no one there for a minute and when someone did show up they just took the key and didn’t really say anything. When I asked if I put it in the right place I didn’t really get a straight answer. Overall just very confusing spot and not clean at all.

Abdel GThere was no signage where to park the uhaul. It ended up being behind the store in a delivery alley that I found by luck. I then had to walk around to the front of the building and find the store in the shopping center with the uhaul sticker on the window.
Justin LVery hard to locate UHaul office. I think it is located inside a grocery store. Could not find any UHaul signs. Had to call UHaul to get someone to come help me.
WILLIAM FBeen using U-haul for a long time first time we reserved the Truck under credit card when we returned the truck we want to charge on different card asked for receipt after transaction to make sure they used the correct card they stated you will receive an email receipt. Received receipt after 3 hours with the wrong card charged. Now I'm waiting for a U-Haul field Manager to charge the correct Card

cesar cThe people were very nice at the drop off location but when we rented the truck they left the drop off location open so we could drop off close to home. Then we were sent a message with a location that was not close to us. Had to refuel and pay tolls.

Keri SI reserved a truck, an appliance dolly through U-Haul app several days ahead of time. And I had been receiving several emails reminding me the time. But when I went there to pick the truck and dolly, the lady told me there won’t be dolly for me. I asked why I didn’t notified by that info ahead of time. She never answered my question, just ask me if I still want the truck. Her attitude was like my need for the U-Haul service didn’t matter to her and she didn’t care about my situation at all. I ended up called 800 number and the lady online was very kind. She helped me located another location with dolly. But I had to spend an hour to pickup the dolly from different location. Nowadays, everyone’s time is very valuable. I am not satisfied with this dealer’s attitude towards customers.
