The truck was an absolute mess. There was animal hair all over the cab and in the front of the driver area. To have that truck rented to us it in the condition it was in was irresponsible and disgusting. It takes 10 minutes to sweep the back of the truck and the condition it was not fair to us. It delayed our move from Hamilton to Windsor, 2 hours and one furniture was covered with animal hair and we don’t even have any animals. It is not our responsibility to clean up after another renters animals. We had no time to clean it up because we had a 3 hour move
