(1) There was trash and furniture left from the person who rented the U-Haul before us. They left an entire bed frame in the back of the truck. (2) We really needed an appliance dolly for our move and we ordered one with our truck rental. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one included. That made it a little more difficult to move. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us (this time as well as our move in March 2024). We were told to go back to the place that we rented the truck from and ask them for one. We went during their posted hours of operation, but no one was there. :(
