No one was at the location to help us when we arrived. He did finally show up, and was a very pleasant person, but the experience was anything but smooth. His printer wouldn’t work, so we were never able to sign anything, then when we finally got the keys to truck, it was backed up to a fence line, so we didn’t notice there was a combination lock attached to the rear door until we got home to load up. We called the location, and of course there was no answer. We then called customer service, and after about 15-20 minutes, and two different people, we were finally given a code to get the lock off.
