Check truck to make sure maintenance is up to part. Had a truck that poured out gas and could have been killed if a match was lit… Had to wait for morning and miss work and i paid for gas that shouldn’t have to do

I would recommend better communication between location and customer. This trailer was transferred by corporate and it was a mess. I was charged 1 cent to my card for a cancellation YOU DID. They do not use cash. I feel inconvenienced and was frustrated by the whole transaction.

The uhaul was kinda dragging the check engine light was on the windshield was really really dirty but it was drivable I needed to get where I was going to it was no turning back.

I had a lot of issues with the equipment. The brakes were bad on the truck and it was given off a jerking sensation when I was driving the acceleration was not working properly, and the truck would slow down on his own. When I started to remove my car from off the trailer, the equipment was rusty and I had problems doing that thank God that’s a gentleman at the drop off site assisting me with removing my car. At the pick up site, I think that they should put on the website that they do not assembly the equipment. It was raining and no one assisted me with putting the trailer together or anything.

I will never make that mistake renting a Uhaul from someone else. This is the perfect Uhaul place to go. Very honest and friendly people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The truck was extremely noisy and it felt like the transmission was slipping and the brakes were terrible. Engine sounded terrible and I felt like it would break down at any moment.

I was given a trailer shorter than need .. customer service didn’t have the common decency to get me the right size I requested? Damaged my equipment because it was way to tight .. just all around a bad experience.. I never doing any business with U-Haul .. I won’t be paying for it !!

This was my first time ever using a storage unit and my experience was great. I had 24 hour access to my possessions and was notified when there was a possible issue. Hope I never need to use a storage but if I do I'd definitely use U-Haul for my storage needs.
