This location did not answer their phone after several attempts while dropping off the truck, and several attempts that evening and the next couple of days. In a case like this, the phone number for the regional rep should be posted at the drop off location, not a just a QR code that is for road side assistance. I finally got to speak with regional rep.after a disappointing, rude phone conversation with a person at a 1-800 number. The regional rep was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to, and apologized for the issue we had in returning the truck. I appreciate people like her.
