Better instructions would be useful. According to the app key was in a lock box and had a code. Would not open the lock. I called the number and guy told me it was in back of truck, which was fine but knowing ahead of time would prevent frustration.

Robin DThis location did not answer their phone after several attempts while dropping off the truck, and several attempts that evening and the next couple of days. In a case like this, the phone number for the regional rep should be posted at the drop off location, not a just a QR code that is for road side assistance. I finally got to speak with regional rep.after a disappointing, rude phone conversation with a person at a 1-800 number. The regional rep was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to, and apologized for the issue we had in returning the truck. I appreciate people like her.
