I spent time inputting all my information before the rental day with the idea of walk-in in, show my reservation and leave. That did not work. The person who helped me did not have access to that information. She had to input everything. If the service is going to be offered it needs to work.

The app didn't work to sign in before hand. Had to get registered at the cash of the convenience store while the cashier stopped to take other customers. The cashier was very nice and did the best she could. The truck was unlocked. Dirtier inside. The location is terrible. Sketchy. Dirty location. The app again didn't work proper for me to drop off keys so I had to bother the cashier again when I was done. Uhaul is usually easy to and quick, clean and well maintained but not this time.

Mounir MI feel bad because I was charged differently the money deducted from my account is 59.79 but the receipt you sent me is 52.39. Where is my rest of the money goes.
Sandeep SThere was a road blockage due to a parade, we were stuck, and the person knew about it, and acknowledged it, but he still charged us for 2 days, we couldn't do anything even our stuff was not transferred, it was bad, before we took the van he spoke to him about this issue, and he said no problem he would adjust accordingly, but Here he just lied and was not adjusting. Would never come here again.

Graham SOvercharged by 60 bucks when we used less kms then even quoted for. 3 hours (brought back early and less then 10kms) and I was charged 160 dollars I emailed without resolution. Next step will be the media. He can’t tell someone the quoted price is then then charge them someone different. That’s fraud!!!! Someone had better be in contact with me!!!!
