I just drove about 110 miles and I am being charged for 280 miles, and they say they can’t find the pick up photos, so there is now way to verify. An extra $270 down the drain.

When I went to pick up my reserved U-Haul truck, the lady at the counter at Handy Pantry had no idea what I was talking about. After asking around and a call to the manager, she was able to check me in and hand me the keys. When I returned last that day, the kid at the register, again, had no idea what I was talking about. He took the keys and didn't provide any type of confirmation to me for dropping off the truck. After 3 days and many phone calls to Handy Pantry, the manager checked my rental in. Until then, I was in the dark. Not to mention that the initial location I reserved the truck at was closed and U-Haul had to find me a different location at the last minute. This business is not run well and their dealers are either clueless or totally incompetent.
HEATHER ACharge for coverage that I did not agree to. Chose to do mobile check-in however, could not obtain Wi-Fi at location to check in from my phone. Cashier charge me for a safe coverage, which I did not agree to. Was not made aware of the charge until I saw a receipt given one price and charged another.
