The whole after hours process needs to be better. I didn't realize it was going to take so long to pick the truck up. I couldn't get the lock open to get the key because it doesn't show you where to line up the code. I was putting the numbers in the middle when they should've been at the bottom. At one point I watched the tutorial but it had a completely different lock in the video and was telling you to line the numbers up where the black line is but there was no black line. Also at return it would be nice to know beforehand what steps you'll need to take to return it. I had the truck completely locked up before I knew I needed to take all of these pictures.

ANDREW RThe location was supposed to be open when I went to drop it off and it was closed. This forced me to use the App. The app kept going to a black screen and then would return to the home screen. I finally after about 4 attempts got all the pics taken, dropped the keys in the box and the app again went black and took me back to home screen. At that point I could not enter manual mileage. I had to call in and to discuss.
Natalie CThe email confirmation showed an address in Cape Girardeau MO. For the pick up. Some lady called me to confirm pick up the day before and I assumed she was talking about the same location as per the confirmation. The next day she called me and was a bit chippy on the phone because I was late. I went to the address on the email and she was 15 minutes away at another town. When Ingot there she as just fine to deal with. The trailer was perfect for our needs and we had no issues. I picked it up Saturday and returned it on Monday in AZ. I had to call the 800 # because there was no address on the paperwork. Also I never got a recipe. I got an email with a link to click for my recipe and when I clicked on it the receipt had no dollar amount or cost break down. Please send me a copy of my receipt. Thank you. Jeff Laux
Jeff LThe facility was closed when I dropped off the truck just before 5:00 pm. This location was not the one originally selected when I made the reservation. The area, while adequate, was far from inviting. The larger problem, and the source of my dissatisfaction was the followng: he trucks have poor pulling/hauling capability and have such a poor ride that I was concerned for content damage even at slow speeds. You changed the drop off location from what was originally selected, changing the allowed mileage (which barely covers the distance traveled from pickup point to drop off). Your fuel policy is quite simply a problem. With no way of knowing how many gallons per mile the truck uses, the customer has the choice adding more fuel than needed, or stopping numerous times to add fuel and likely running out of allowed miles. There are several hidden fees that occur through the process of the online "specific information", reservation, to the final amount charged when the vehicle is picked up. I will be trying to avoid using your services in the future and looking for alternative solutions.

John SThis location was absolutely the best. The people at Hanners were very helpful and helped us a lot. The truck did have a shattered mirror inside and some of our items were scratched. Once we realizes there was glass shards, we had to take the time to sweep and clean the inside of the truck.

Troy CI had to call her , they didn’t open until 10. I was returning at 9:45. I had a truck and trailer. She said just drop the trailer, I told her I couldn’t, I did not have Jack with me. I wasn’t aware blankets were suppose to go back in bags, I had them folded up inside of truck. She was going to charge me for her to put them in bag.Seriously….
Robert SThis feedback is not about Hanners. Your 24/7 pick up option is horrific. Why do you need 2 people besides myself to verify. I took a picture of my license but obviously you don’t like Wisconsin or our addresses. I will never use 24/7 EVER AGAIN

James BI was under a lot of stress trying to find a U-Haul for the 4th of July and the assistant . The assistant was very helpful and very friendly and understanding and we even cracked a few jokes I will rent from them again and again and again.
