So many issues with this location. No one was at the store when we arrived, phone number to contact did not answer, online UhAul assistance finally led us to the key box for the rental and the key wasn’t there. We had to switch to another bigger truck that was not ideal for moving to an apartment due to parking issues. The whole experience with this location was awful.

He was late and the guy there to get a rental had to call waited an hour ended up doing the self check in
Josh LAmazing and helpful staff at Happy Camper Sales, helped me quick and got me on the move. Drop off was a breeze, had blankets all folded for him and open the back door and he counted the other items I rented and checked fuel gauge and said Thanks, you are all set to go. I will take care of everything.
