The company is open 24/7. He was helpful and kind. Yes, it seems like you're driving out into the middle of nowhere and you are, but it's worth it.

I honestly don’t understand the low reviews here. I rented a trailer from this location and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Within minutes of booking I received a text with detailed directions that explained everything — including which driveway to use and a warning not to follow GPS down the sandy road by the tracks. Communication was top notch: every time I called (even with dumb little questions), the owner picked up right away and was patient and helpful. When I arrived, the property looked exactly as described in the message (a ranch style property), and I had zero problems getting in or out because I followed the instructions. Best of all, this is the only place in town offering 24/7 U-Haul pickups straight from their home, just because they want to help the community. That level of effort and service is worth way more than nitpicking about branches or a missing sign. I’ll be back here any time I need a trailer. 🤗
