This was the worst rental we have ever had. The cashier had no idea what he was doing. He could not help us sent us home to do online did that came back and he kept us forever. Used his personal phone to take pics of my d/l called a guy on phone via video and showed him all my information. Gave us keys did not tell us anything. I will never use uhaul again!

I picked up the U-Haul at happy days variety but I had booked online using my debit card but when I got into store I was told I needed to use a credit card because their store had been banned from using cash and debit. I didn’t have a credit card so ended having to call family for help. It would be best if you could put it on the website that you need a credit card so as not to cause such delays in the future or when booking not accept the debit card so we know.

The problem with this location was the store hours say 9 o’clock opening nobody was there at 9 o’clock. Owner never showed up till 9:30 AM. There was already two U-Haul customers waiting for a 9 o’clock pick up. Our pick up was 930. It worked out OK for us but very frustrating being there early and nobody there.

1: U-Haul said location opened at 8, sign said 9 2: no one was at location until 925 3: dealing with phone support they answered, I got transferred, then after 15 mins waiting next person answered and hung up as I was talking. 4: when called back again I was told I had to Wait for a key hand over, which person was still late to do and “I don’t have you in the system”, then handed me keys when phone support said I was. 5: another customer at the same time had to same key hand over issue but was still waiting when we left after doing a walk over.
