It was very unnerving to pull up to an empty parking lot and pick up an unlocked vehicle with keys just sitting in the back of the U-Haul. The steps to get the U-Haul did not line up with the app, and the app itself didn’t work the way it was supposed to. I tried to reach out for support to Happy Rain, yet was met with an unprofessional voicemail that indicated they may or may not call back depending on who was calling. I reached out to the 800 number and received support 3 times before I was able to leave with the vehicle. Overall it was very time consuming, frustrating, and unsafe experience. I doubt I would use the app again, and I for sure will not use or recommend this location. There was a couple there shortly after me and they had the same experience, only worse in that the keys weren’t even in the unlocked vehicle.

JOSE SI couldn't pick up the truck for 2 hours, the operator who was sent to the address couldn't help and sent me to another number, a lot of time and waiting brought success, thanks to the support who helped but it was incredibly long and difficult, there was no office at the address.
