The salesperson was very kind. Upon introduction, he explained that his location had recently begun a partnership with U-Haul and that he was very "new" to the online dispatch system. There was a bit of a wait to dispatch the rental truck, and he apologized several times for his learning curve. I assured him that I was not in a hurry. I would still recommend this location to potential renters. With more practice on the computer, the sales representative's ability to manipulate the online program will improve. His demeanor, humility, and professionalism made this a positive experience.

Ashley RI rated high because my dislike for U-Haul has nothing to do with them. The fact I was suppose to have a 10’ truck at a closer location than the one I had to leave from, then eat the cost of a bigger truck and extra miles is why i won’t use U-Haul again.
