This place was the worst. They folks were unhelpful and wouldn't listen to us. We had reserved a truck online to pick up and drop off elsewhere (one way). The agent changed it in their system to be a round trip, which gave us a significantly different total. When we tried to explain to him that this was wrong, he told us we'd need to call the help line, not him. So we called and had my phone on speaker phone so he could hear what the issue was. These folks were incredibly unhelpful to the point where they made this experience more difficult. They did not apologize or have any empathy with us, despite it being their mistake. They were short, rude and it felt like we were being gaslit when they entire problem was them selecting the wrong option, which we tried to explain/correct but were dismissed. In addition, this truck was FILTHY! I had to clean out dirt, pine needles and other debris before even loading it up myself. The cab had trash in it and was clearly not upkept by this location. AND, they left about 60+ moving blankets in the back, most of which were used and dirty. I needed to fold these up and store them away so I could fit the items that I needed in the truck. We also requested a furniture dolly, which they did not have and didn't give us any other option. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences dealing with a "customer service" agent of any kind. Talk about terrible....

I had to wait 15 minutes as they were understaffed and busy and other clients, then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the lady to try and figure out the mileage while other clients kept trying to interrupt as they were waiting to long too

The owner was very kind, but communication proved challenging due to language barriers. Unfortunately, the truck was quite dirty, with trash behind the seats and in the glove box, dog hair throughout the interior, and a sticky residue in the cup holders. It was clear that no effort had been made to clean the vehicle prior to pickup. Additionally, it was only a quarter full on fuel and located far from any easily accessible station that could accommodate a 26' van and car transporter.

They didn’t access my reservation despite me showing my confirmation number, They weren’t speaking any English and never really even acknowledged me except brief grunting questions.

Friendly staff, clean store, and awesome food inside! We got dinner along with the drop off, which was greatly needed.

The owners didn’t speak English very well. The system they were using on the tablet was difficult for me and them to navigate through. They overcharged me $120. I used the U-Haul for a few hours and was charged for 2 days. Would not recommend renting from Hardy’s market.

They are new to U-Haul and not well trained, or don't understand how to process transactions. It took 2 hours to check out and 1 hour to check it back in. They don't seem interested in providing good customer service, I should have been offered some sort of credit back for all the extra time I spent trying to get the trailer. When I mentioned that all I got was a response that they didn't understand and it was out of their control.
