The owners didn’t speak English very well. The system they were using on the tablet was difficult for me and them to navigate through. They overcharged me $120. I used the U-Haul for a few hours and was charged for 2 days. Would not recommend renting from Hardy’s market.

They are new to U-Haul and not well trained, or don't understand how to process transactions. It took 2 hours to check out and 1 hour to check it back in. They don't seem interested in providing good customer service, I should have been offered some sort of credit back for all the extra time I spent trying to get the trailer. When I mentioned that all I got was a response that they didn't understand and it was out of their control.
