The owner was very kind, but communication proved challenging due to language barriers. Unfortunately, the truck was quite dirty, with trash behind the seats and in the glove box, dog hair throughout the interior, and a sticky residue in the cup holders. It was clear that no effort had been made to clean the vehicle prior to pickup. Additionally, it was only a quarter full on fuel and located far from any easily accessible station that could accommodate a 26' van and car transporter.

Briana TThey are new to U-Haul and not well trained, or don't understand how to process transactions. It took 2 hours to check out and 1 hour to check it back in. They don't seem interested in providing good customer service, I should have been offered some sort of credit back for all the extra time I spent trying to get the trailer. When I mentioned that all I got was a response that they didn't understand and it was out of their control.
