Great customer service and very knowledgeable

Had to sit and wait. Had to call U-Haul because my reservation was completely wrong they used someone else account instead of mines. Couldn’t receive the truck I wanted because it was booked for me up under someone else account there I had to request a different one which was more room than I needed all I needed was a 15 and had to get the 26 which was 208 dollars due to the mistake of U-Haul. Tried fixing it at location but when I arrived no one was there. Worst experience ever! I will not be a returning customer. Would love a refund of some of my money back.

It got the job done but I wasn’t impressed with staff, lack of supplies needed, and the truck smell was awful.

I was overcharged for something that I should've been charged for. No one reach to let me know they just ran my card which cause a issue with me paying another bill . And no one can tell me how to get my money back. Saying it's out of their hands.

There is nothing that you can improve on at this location, everything is perfect. Tamara is the Absolute Best!

The property manager, Tamara, was top notch in all areas. Cleanest UHaul ever, you can tell that she took pride in that. We even had a little goodie bag in the truck when we rented it if all your dealers were like her I don’t see you ever having any problems.
