The pickup and dropoff were great. The fact that Uhaul moved us from a local site to one 15 miles a way that we ended up having to pay an additional 30 miles for, was not.

Katina DWorst customer service experience of my life. These people should not be allowed to rent U-Hauls when they can’t even bother showing up during their listed business hours. We expressed frustration with a mix up and we were immediately met with rudeness and attitude. When we started to match the tone given to us we were threatened multiple times to have our truck cancelled because WE weren’t allowed to speak to the man in the same way HE was speaking to us… No apologies given, a total lack of understanding and communication. We will NEVER use U-Haul again and it’s because of this establishment. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
