There was alot of confusion between the e-mail I got from U-Haul and the actual dealer as far as what information I needed to provide at the time of the pickup. The dealer made it very simple for me. I had ordered an appliance hand truck for the day of rental, and when I went to pick up the truck they told me there was none available.I had committed to an appointment to use the truck, so I went without the hand truck and was not able to pick up one item.
