After hours Self Return, so did not interact with personnel. It worked fine for a rural dropoff. My main issues were with the Self Return function not working both through the email link and the app I was forced to download. Then the online chat through the app wanted me to start doing tech support on their app. I now believe the issue was the app wasn't getting my location data from my phone, but it did not request permission, it just gave a big caution symbol error. Ultimately a second person via phone call was able to acknowledge that I returned the trailer to this location. Even this person asked me to drop keys in a lockbox. I had no keys, it was a trailer. I told them this and they were looking at my account on their computer.

Doris FClean area where located. Make sure all are ready for delivery. Make sure grounds are safe to walk! Such as keep property mowed to where people walk. Grass so tall could not see red ant bed stepped in it and had ants crawling and biting me. Left with many bites.
