When dropping off the rental, the office was closed during business hours, the parking lot was empty (no employees). I called the number left on the front door and was told to drop my key off in the orange box and go. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was told no by the employee. Thank goodness I listened to my own instinct and did a mobile return to avoid fees.

I have furniture stored here. Very friendly and helpful employees there. I would make one recommendation: post a sign indicating where the drop key box is located (it’s outside the security gate). The location wasn’t readily apparent. One phone call clarified the location.

I had never used a dollie before but the instructions were very helpful. The equipment was included as were instructions for use. I am in my late sixties and had no trouble operating the latches, locks and on board tools. I highly recommend uhaul for all my rental needs.

The woman in the office was very helpful. She let us know that she had a truck for us to move our furniture out of the storage building and to drive to Federalsburg to get the rest. We took it to East New Market and then we returned the truck back to Harmony Storage. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed storage.

The storage unit and area were clean, staff friendly, and I would’ve stayed but very overpriced! I’m renting the same size unit for $45 less every month! That’s a lot of money for me.

The uhaul had a bit of a smell, a blue Powerade was left in the floor from previous person, and the back of the uhaul wasn’t very clean. Location was in a convenient area, I couldn’t figure out how to get in the gate after receiving the truck number. Had to go in the app and contact support for help after trying to call immediate assistance as shown on gate 3 times with no answer. I feel the truck should be cleaned with disinfectant spray like Lysol to give a clean smell. The over condition of the truck for low miles was upsettingly poor. The steering seemed alittle off and felt like it was starting a transmission slip but what do you expect from something that’s probably driven poorly by others. I would’ve expected more but it helped me help my sister who was in a bind.

Acquire more tow dolly, I couldn't find one in the Dover area so I have to get one from Denton on Maryland, thank you.

BEWARE!! Storage units are over priced and they have a HUGE rodent problem. Half my items were ruined and non replaceable. The staff is rude and disrespectful! I do not recommend using this storage facility!

No one was at the drop off location. I am pregnant and had to disconnect the trailer myself. This is unsafe.

We had no complaints with the facility or the people, although the security gate was often broken and could not be closed. However, when they jumped our rate by 50% overnight, we immediately left We will not be recommending this facility to anyone.

The access panel to the gate seems to be broken quite often leaving the gate wide open and unsecured. The outside lights at night time for C module are frequently not on leaving the entire area dark. Other than that we had no problem it was easy clean quick storage and the only reason we moved out is because we bought a home.

I live in Delaware. I ordered the trailer from Delaware. There is no sales tax. I had to pick up the trailer in Maryland. The so-called rental tax was $47.58. I should have been been exempt from the tax if there is no rental tax in the state of Delaware

There were ongoing challenges with the elevator. I would recommend getting it repaired so that it doesn't keep stopping. We were only at the facility for 30 days and we had mishaps with delays moving in and out. Otherwise... great facility. Great customer service. Great people.

Great place to use for your valuables.. I felt safe there after hours when I needed to get things.. the staff was friendly and helpful .. always going over and above what I asked.. units were clean and facility is top notch.. I loved the elevator to get my things to the second floor.. this made it easy for me to do a lot alone and when final moving day came it was much easier for those helping me .. 😊

Ashley was extremely helpful and extended a helping hand to ensure the trailer was safe to operate and properly connected. She was very thorough and a joy to work with! I stored items there for a year or so. Everyone I've ever spoken to ..were very friendly and on their game. On occasion..a friendly reminder of payment due ( before late charge day)Need a little more room to store your important things? I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Ashley and Charlene are the best! This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I've rented a truck, with very little notice. Both Charlene and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Their customer service skills are exceptional and their knowledge of truck rentals is impeccable.

Maybe fill your storage unit with a standard uhaul box and let future customers know approximately how many of those boxes could fit into your different size units. I think that would give a potential customer an idea of the size unit to choose. It's just an idea. Thank You. Other than that I have a Great experience at your Denton, Md location.
