David FThey charged us a fee for returning the truck after hours when they aren't even open on Sundays. Then charges us for two gallons of gas when we returned the truck exactly with what was in it and what was written on the rental agreement. We will never rent from them again.

JOHN BThe UHaul rep at the pick-up location was helpful. My dissapointment was with having to drive 30 miles to a uHaul location. I live on an Army instalation and there are 5 uHaul places within 5 miles. What was the problem. The second issue was not being able to leave on schedule because uHaul charged me twice for the rental and I had to wait for my money to be refunded. This put me two days behind schedule.
John NThis location went above and beyond to help us stay warm and dry while we were waiting for a ride after we dropped off the uhaul truck. They pulled chairs out of their office for us to sit on. So yes, the Harned Tobacco Shop was very friendly and inviting snd we really appreciated that.

Kelly BAlthough this location was fine, our overall UHaul experience was horrific! We booked a "guaranteed" truck at one location online several days before our rental date, then received a call the day before our pickup notifying us that they didn't have a truck for us. When we inquired as to the fact that our rental was "guaranteed" (there were options to book a truck that was not guaranteed, but we did not do one of those) we were just told, "sorry, we can't control if the trucks are there." We were rebooked for a second location 25 miles away (again, "guaranteed, the truck is sitting on the lot", only to arrive when they opened the next morning to learn there was NOT a truck for us. After they made several phone calls, they found a truck another 30 miles away (now an hour from our originally booked location). Although we did receive a discount on our rental, there is absolutely no excuse for confirming a "guaranteed rental" and then making someone drive to not one, but two separate locations, ending up over an hour from our "confirmed" rental location. I would not recommend renting from UHaul, and especially DO NOT use their online reservation system. Guaranteed definitely does not mean you will have a truck.
Steve CThis was the worst trailer that I have rented. The running lights where going on and out, the breaks on the trailer did not work, and the right blinker did not work. My truck was tested and it was not my electrical that was the issue. With it being the 3rd trailer that I rented within a month this was by far a horrible trailer and made for a horrible 12 hour trip.
Chasity HBrandon was VERY helpful in the selection of the appropriate U-Haul truck. The truck was clean and just what we needed to move. I was impressed with Brandon's knowledge of U-Haul--and how he represented the business professionally from start to finish.
WILLIAM ETrailer was covered in snow, waited long time to get things going with the paperwork, trailer wiring didn't hook up to my truck and terrible service!!!

Mitchell BThis Review is definitely not for the Harned, KY site as they were very hospitable and accommodating unlike the rest of the U-Haul experience. Our trip started out arriving at the U-Haul dealer in Paducah, KY and was told their computers were down and they did not know when they would come back up or if our truck and car hauler would be available. From there we found the U-Haul process to be broken and most of your agents uncaring and not accommodating. We welcome the opportunity to use your competitors at any time.
