Harringtons location itself is nothing fancy, but that is perfectly fine. He's a good man that works with what he has. He came through for me on a holiday when nowhere else would. I made a reservation, 3 days prior at another location in town (a larger location) and they never fulfilled my reservation. Stated they had mobile pickup, they did not. Stated they would be open on holiday, they weren't. Forget the big establishments and go for the small town guys that care and need to be loyal as this job supports there family and they care.

Lot is small and cramped.

BRAD KThis was not the location I had reserved a truck for. U-Haul did not inform me that my truck would not be available at the original location I had reserved for so I was forced, very last minute, to go very out of my way to get this truck. I ended up paying more for gas and mileage because of this and will not be using U-Haul moving forward because of this. This was not the fault of the location where I ended up getting a truck but is a fault of U-Haul itself.

Donald TThe location is on a hill, and has hills within. When dropping or lifting a trailer, it runs the risk of rolling momentum downhill. Drop off was not convenient as there wasn't any space to maneuver the trailers off of a busy road.
Kenaz BInsanely deadly driveway that pulls out onto 60mph highway with little vision of oncoming traffic. Additionally; driveway is on a very steep slope and gravel.

Adam Wit was dark, they were closed since it was after hours so I don't know if it was clean. there weren't any outside lights and the signs were NOT very visible at night so I had no idea where to park it. also the App crashed 3 times while I was trying to check the uhaul in while I was taking pictures so I had no idea if it worked so I had to call support

Patrick ADoug was super friendly and apologized for not having equipment ready. It was me who did a last minute request after two other sites give me run around (was told to just show up for a trailer at specific time then no one was around to help). He made my moving way easier by hooking up trailer, telling me what light harness I needed and watched for traffic as I left. I most definitely will rent again from him and worth the 10 minutes outside Bloomington for great customer service!

The location that I did use is over 30 minutes one way, out of the way for me. Not at all convenient!! Not happy with the service this time around, I have used U haul in the past without issues, not this time.

Supposed to pick up truck at 8:00a.m., didn’t leave until after 9:15a.m.!!! No one willing to help, although the owner of the site had a home 25 feet away!!! Awful! Will NEVER use this place again!!!
Andrew HMr. Harrington was very nice person. We called him before we dropped off the trailer to ask him if he can wait for us. He explained to us why he could not wait but gave us a detailed instruction on how to take the trailer off the hatch. I called him in the morning of Saturday to check on the trailer because we dropped it after hours on Friday. He was very nice to me and said he took care of everything fifteen minutes ago. The way he spoke to me was very respectful. Just like his attitude. Very caring and professional.

Mark MWe had to use the phone app because facility was closed. App was TERRIBLY slow and did not function well. Apparently, WiFi access at that location is VERY poor so this may have contributed to the issue. App needs to be revised to function smooth and quickly. It took us at LEAST 49 minutes in the parking lot just to navigate through the app.
Tracy WDoug Harrington is not only a very friendly fellow, but as a business owner he exceeded expectations with his willingness to guarantee equipment all at one location for customer ease and convenience. Doug is an excellent representative of the Uhaul brand due to his careful instruction, patient attitude, and overall experience with the equipment he rents. I would recommend him above any of his nearby competition. Very satisfied with his business!

Henry SA place called Cjs in btown didn’t stage my truck like it was supposed to be staged and I spent 3 hrs trying to get a truck beginning at 530 in the morning. Luckily, a nice woman at uhaul support found me a truck at Harrington’s and everything went very smoothly.
