The Uhaul we got had no gas in it when we picked it up. It wasn't an issue until the people told me i needed to put as much gas in it as there was when i picked up. I left a quarter tank of gas in the truck when i dropped it off when the gas light was on when picked up. So they charged me over $100 for no reason. The lady at Glass and Paint argued with me and told me to â€œGet over Itâ€. So yes I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. Get your own truck and trailer instead of dealing with their bull crap.Allen P.

Lots of U-Hauls in multiple lots. It took a while to find my u-haul. Had to park across the road and cross a busy road. Not easy to get in and out ofNoah M.

Customer service and online experience was horrible. Would never recommend using U-Haul online or the 800 number to make a reservation. Placed the reservation online , paid up front for an easy experience and experience was totally opposite.Robert H.

I personally wouldn't rent a U-Haul from anyone other than Mr. Harris in Dalton.JOY T.
It was very difficult moving the mirror's for me to be able to drive safely. Thank God my neighbor was home he had to use a tool to lossen and turn them where i needed them before i could even leave. If he wasnt home i wouldnt have been able to move my son into school. The driverside door everytime i opened it sounded like it was going to fall off. Also something kept making a sound as if the truck kept getting hit by a rock but there were no cars around and it happen both ways i went. Lastly air kept going on and off and when on full blast the smell was horrible. I was scared to breath it in. Not sure what it was. Other than that it was great .Ambra J.
I always use this location, not just because of convenience. But this location is split over State Hwy 41. It's very busy and dangerous. The owners are having trouble with the municipal zoning office. It would behoove you to help this owner since you are a large corporation and have lawyers. It would be horrid when someone gets hit and possibly killed. And further, you winding up in litigation. These owners need help. They are dealing with people that are incompetent and ignorant.Christopher C.

Nothing to do with the location but the process. The Uhaul app was a nightmare. Reserved on-line then had the app. The app was indicating I should pick up and dropoff and different location. Once I tried to do the check in and check out it said I was "on line" but the app was not working and would not allow me to use it. Frustrating from a location standpoint and using the app. Both the locations were fine except when I tried to drop off the trailer I wanted to drop off at a different location (closer) and it would not allow me to do so.Steven C.

Place was packed with vehicles. Dropped off after hours. Had to park next to premises on a recently cleared lot. Other vehicles there do we dropped ours as well. Location easy to find.brian J.

My card was charged for $124 , when the total on the receipt was only $49.47, someone who's going through the moving process shouldn't have to worry about having there money stolen from a company that is supposed to help them! And when I call customer service they either transfer me , or tell me they can't help. RIDICULOUS.Kayleigh P.

My move was handled by the upmost of professionals of Elite Relocation Services. Lance and Brock arrived at my load location dressed distinguished in uniforms representing the class only Elite could be synonymous with. Punctual and prepared, they had all the equipment and then some for anything my precious items needed. Their service with a Southern Smile mentality gave me a quiet comfort knowing my items would be treated with the upmost care and respect. Expeditious Services allotted for no time wasted as they were fast, efficient, and my items were packed in a tier style for my more delicate items like my heirloom china and sculptures to be protected; I was amazed to see not a single item showed signs of ever being moved. Once at my unload address they set up a spot for me to rest as I directed where My items would go so once they left I would not have to sort through my items or move anything myself. I couldn't have asked for a more positive and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend if you're using a moving service ask for the men of Elite Relocation Services for all your needs, because Lance and Brock are truly the right professionals for the job.Jeslyn R.
