Nothing everything was easy and acceptable

I picked up the truck with a hair under 3/4s of a tank of gas. I returned it with a little over 3/4s of a tank. After I left the lot the attendant marked if=t as under 3/4s of a tank and I was charged a $7.70 for fuel. When I filled the tank, I made sure that there was more fuel in than when I picked it up so as to avoid this. The attend told "everything was okay" and then marked the fuel as short AFTER I left the lot. This is a small amount however it is very, very annoying because I made sure there was more in the tank than when I picked it up. Add this to the time before when I was asked to bring the the truck back to a U-Haul preferred location that was farther away and then was charged a mileage fee over my allotted miles. Again, a small amount (I think about $20.00). I didn't complain then however this seems to be emerging as a trend. I don't use your service very often but I am not sure if I will again.

They had no way of knowing but half way through my trip one of my tires on the trailer became warped and made the trailer bounce. For a 16hr drive, 8hrs of it was very stressful.

Great company! They were very accommodating when I needed to make last minute changes to my pickup date/time. Pickup and return went smoothly due to the professionalism and friendliness of their personnel and the cost was very reasonable. I will use Harris Towing again and heartily recommend this business.

The location was easily located and clean, albeit the multiple entrances to the locations was not easily indicated and the spaces were hard to fit into( mind you I did have a 10’ and a trailer). Nate came out immediately and greeted me while handling things expeditiously.

The truck was dirty with marihuana smell inside, the phone signal is terrible, the person that help inside to do the process in the computer was doing something in the yard and no body else was able to help I was close to a hour try in to finish the process in the parking lot, I was no able to finished. I went inside to be able to get the key and the only one employee that knows about the process was back and give me the key. I am not coming back to this place

Have a manual system in place for when your computer system is down. I was delayed a half hour and missed the opportunity for my neighbors to help me and my wife load the trailer.
