CARLOS RThe gentleman who rented the truck was very kind and helpful. However, when I came into snowy and rainy weather crossing Illinois into Indiana I found that the windshield wipers were not cleaning the windshield. Furthermore, there was no fluid in the driver’s side of the windshield making driving extremely dangerous. I had to stop to clean the windshield so I could see and eventually got off of interstate 70 and came back to indianapolis on highway 40. Even then it was still dangerous but I wasn’t dealing with semi truck traffic on I 70.
Lynda BYour site told me i could pick it up at 7:15am they were not even there until 8:15 and I want even out the door until 8:45. They truly had no idea why we were even there.
