JOHN YThe one thing that I was not happy with was the day before picking up the U-Haul trailer I was contacted to inform me the unit I had reserved well in advance was not available and all I could get was a smaller unit :( now it worked because we had another trailer carrying some of our stuff so we were able to add a few more items and we didn’t have to be completely out on that day, but if we didn’t have the other trailer and we had to be completely be out that day it would have been awful.

ROBERT DCould you please send me a complaint form the equipment tires were very low had 10 psi recommend 65psi that screwed my day up trying to find a compressor to fill tires and money to fill tires as well plus we ended up messing around a couple hrs trying to get that fixed before we could leave also I think we should be compensated for lost time and money for compressor
CORY BI had the main office change my van from a 10' to a 20' and even though I reserved it almost a month in advance the person I spoke to at the Arizona head office was an absolute A hole to me. Rude, inconsiderate and unreasonable. Fortunately the local person here went above and beyond trying to accommodate me and was successful in locating a vehicle that better suited my needs.

Robert LGet a mechanical service done on the trucks. The fuel pump on the truck rented gave out during the trip and the truck had to be towed. I was also billed an additional amount for the auto transport that was towed away by the service technician from B&F Auto Service in Prince George after the truck died. Still waiting on someone to address that extra billing.

Karen BThis pick up location and experience was absolutely abysmal. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager. The poor woman working at the pick up location was trying to reason with the manager over the phone and eventually just became exasperated and just told me to text him. I attempted to text him to resolve an issue and he was very rude, dismissive and not willing to help me out. I would never pick up from this location again. The truck smelled very badly of cigarettes which made the 8 hour ride intolerable. Avoid this manager and pick up location at all costs!

Curtis KAlthough the first booking agent was impatient, unhelpful and kept pushing for payment method, when I was just inquiring initially. She then got the entire order wrong, with the wrong truck size and wrong drop-off location, Jewel at the Hart location took the time to correct our order. Despite 3 locations listed within 5 miles, the pickup location (only confirmed the day before as per policy) our truck was 40 minutes and 2 towns away. The long commute, added gas and massive inconvenience, then not having the ordered equipment, delayed our movers by 4 hours. Jewel was very helpful in correcting our order and compensating us for our hardships, countering the wretched experience with the booking agent and the pickup location. The professionalism and kindness of the staff at this location is in stark contrast to the overall experience with Uhaul.
simon fIt was close that's all. The agent on lower mainland & local dispatch completely screwed me over and had like three days of plans. That had to be jostled. The company & people never listened to what I was saying. Their was no needs meet for me. So sadly the service was poor. But you got paid. I guess.
