Allow customers to receive a car that actually has a tank of gas and what’s on the paperwork matches the gas gauge… don’t give customers a truck that doesn’t have a charged battery… I was forced to call a service company to jump the truck and make sure the back isn’t frozen shut… all around an awful experience and ended up paying extreme amounts for gas I didn’t use and a truck that didn’t work I would never recommend to a friend and I will never use u-haul again.
