the check in process was challenging at times - the app seemed to keep jamming and wouldn't take any of the pictures i had taken of the vehicle and tried to upload at the time of pick up - the guy in the store could see my reservation but agreed it was also very slow. When i brought the vehilcl back the check in was much quicker and there were no issue at all.

The truck was not cleared of snow nor was the truck cleared of snow around the perimeter so I stood in a meter of snow in a snowball with snow going into my boots all around the truck and spent 30minutes clearing the snow off myself to be able to drive it out of the parking spot.
TERESA BThe Owner was so chill... Quick in accessing the booking, handed the vehicle very proactively in about 5 minutes. And tge vehicle was clean, a Dolly was provided without charge. Return also was very fast with all necessary check for fuel etc. The best service from the experiences I had with uhaul in the past.
GEORGE CWhen my son and the driver took the truck back the employee told them they don't get money back, even though the total was less than $100 deposit I put down. I had to phone U-Haul because the store said they don't give back a deposit to my son... so I called U-Haul apparently there was a $30 deposit that my son should have got and I had to return to the store the next day to go pick it up.
MICHAEL FWhy there's no refund? I used it at 1pm and back at 3:30pm but it charged me until 5pm?
