The agent was not clear on explaining the charges. The truck is advertised as $19.95 per day - apparently this is just the charge for renting the vehicle for the day. We understood that we needed to fill the gas when finished but we were not aware of the charge/km. We were not pleased to see the total on the bill when we returned the vehicle. If we had been fully aware of the costs, we would not have rented the truck. The sign up process was not very smooth either. This took well over an hour to complete since it was all done by mobile phone.
