Took over a week before the location would close out the rental. And that was only because I called almost every day and got the local traffic uhaul employees involved. Location was poorly run and managed.

Jeff HI was well satisfied with my personal experience. It was so convenient during my move. I rented a 26ft truck and it doubled as storage and moving vehicle. This is definitely the way to move quickly and efficiently.

Marvin KDo not have certain conditions and\or rules about drop off locations being different then pick up location. If they are athorized U-Haul dealer it can be dropped there. No special circumstances
shamon sPick up was fine until I needed printed paper work that could not be provided. I realize everybody wants to become computerized but I am 70 yrs old and not that computer literate and was very uncomfortable driving back with no proof on rental. To add, the contract was sent via to New Orleans and I was driving from Alabama with no paper work, not even a receipt.. That was very uncomfortable.

brandon kI had no issue with the equipment or rental location. Your computer and reservation system however caused numerous issues. I reserved an auto hauler trailer and you sent me to a location without one available. Due to time constraints I was forced to rent a car dolly and was extremely worried about damaging the car during transport. While trying to check out and leave your system crashed several times.
