First of all, the app gave me this location to drop off, which wasn't correct. The location was closed the entire week between Christmas and New Year. I had to call him to determine what to do. Then he didn't check the trailer in the unit until the following week, which sparked a phone call from U-Haul trying to find their trailer and worrying me.

Great customer service
BRAD PThe pickup location was a mess, very unkempt, not clean and inviting. DJ was very nice though. Passenger side tail lights on trailer didn't work. Brake and signal lights were ok.
