Went to drop off the trailer, but there was a lot with all the trailers. The office building was 50 yards away, behind another building, and not labeled. It was labeled with the dealership name, but there was no indication whether they handled the U-Haul stuff. I went inside, nobody was around... Sat inside the tiny office that the front door went into for about 2 minutes before someone came from the back room. I told him I was returning a U-Haul. He didn't know what was needed, so he had to find someone else to see if there was anything needed. They didn't know either, so they just told me to go back to the other lot and drop it off. The other lot had a giant piece of plywood, I assume covering a mud hole, no room to maneuver and it was a pain to get into. Nobody was there to guide me on where they wanted it, so I dropped it off in line. To top it all off, I got a message from U-Haul asking if I returned the trailer... They never checked it in. Overall, the drop-off was about as bad as it could be.
