This location was just getting started as a location offering U-Haul trucks. It took an hour for them to figure out the paperwork. The truck was not gassed up so we asked them to do it, and they willingly did. They did not have the blankets we had reserved online. They did call around to try to locate some, but none were found. They did not clear out the mileage, so we were charged an extra $400+ when we returned it for mileage we did not drive. They were friendly, but unorganized. Hopefully they are getting the training they need to be able to offer good service.

Scott HWent to drop off the trailer, but there was a lot with all the trailers. The office building was 50 yards away, behind another building, and not labeled. It was labeled with the dealership name, but there was no indication whether they handled the U-Haul stuff. I went inside, nobody was around... Sat inside the tiny office that the front door went into for about 2 minutes before someone came from the back room. I told him I was returning a U-Haul. He didn't know what was needed, so he had to find someone else to see if there was anything needed. They didn't know either, so they just told me to go back to the other lot and drop it off. The other lot had a giant piece of plywood, I assume covering a mud hole, no room to maneuver and it was a pain to get into. Nobody was there to guide me on where they wanted it, so I dropped it off in line. To top it all off, I got a message from U-Haul asking if I returned the trailer... They never checked it in. Overall, the drop-off was about as bad as it could be.
