They tried act like they didn't receive the trailer, in that tiny lot and act like it wasn't on camera. So im assuming he could steal it, I told him I had video of me dropping it off and no damage, then he asked me to prove i have video then all the sudden he was professional and said oh that trail and was finally gonna submit a return, remind you the only vehicle tow trailer there
