The young man that helped me hadn't been trained to do uhaul rental. Both gentlemen with experience weren't on site and were unable to talk him through the process over the phone. I suggested he call the hope office for help. He did and he talked him through the process. overall we made it through. The young man was very polite and helpful hooking up. The equipment was in good shape.

I was double charged! Watch your card after renting! Please take pictures on your phone of gas gage!!! I am having to fight for my money back. Totally HORRIBLE!!!!
