Never use this location for pickup or drop off ! Employee made me feel stupid for not parking where HE wanted it dropped off (no signs or any other U-Haul anything anywhere ) I didn’t take pictures of the mileage or fuel before putting the keys in the drop box , He told me I had to call customer service and get a code to open the drop box , I called and customer service said the store I dropped it at had a key , He said he didn’t but he had a guy coming to move the truck , He told me he would check my truck in , took them 4 days to do that even after customer service calls to them daily , NEVER will I stop at this store for ANYTHING Anymore ! U-Haul needs to pull their services from this location

They didn’t have where to park the trailer marked at all ( no more U-Haul trucks or trailers there at all ) . The Employee there was not helpful at all and made me feel stupid , like I should have known where exactly where to park it
Kevin WI ordered a dolly for use while moving, it was to be located in the back of the truck, there was no dolly, i still got charged for it, the truck was fine and the customer service was great the second time i called but not so much on the first call. The uhaul app and your website are VERY buggy and it took me over 2 hours and 2 seperate calls to the customer support team to get the truck rented, if i ever have to rent another uhaul i will not be using the app or website. I would not recommend doing a mobile order to anyone. And i did not get reimbursed for the moving dolly that i did not get.
Jason HStaff was not helpful at all, even when the checkin process wasn’t working. I had to call U-Haul customer service and wait in queue.
Don ZThe app is not user friendly. It changes things on its own. Made it very difficult. Will look into a moving company next time to avoid the hassle
