This was the worst part of my trip. I brought the trailer over to the address that was told the mini storage nobody was there. There were two metal buildings. I had to get a business owner from two doors down to help me lift the trailer up because I’m 74 years old I couldn’t do it myself. We dropped it there. There were two phone numbers on the buildings itself. I called both of them had to leave messages no one answered about an hour later. I got a call back from the message telling me that they have nothing to do with U-Haul that they want that thing off the property so I called U-Haul. I had to leave messages again because the one in Edmond didn’t answer. I talked to one lady finally and she said well let me tell you another place you can bring it. I told her I couldn’t. I’m 74 years old and I couldn’t lift the thing up myself that I brought it to where they wanted it brought now it was their problem Later I called just to make sure that it was taken care of, and I was eventually pushed into scheduling where I told the people my story and they said OK we’ll take care of it. Thank you and then later tonight that night I get another bill for 75 bucks For taking it out of there. I think that’s bullshit. One I should’ve been charged $75 and the other thing if nothing else I should’ve gotten a discount for all the aggravation that this caused me I spent probably three hours dealing with this on the phone so no I’m not happy with your company and I’ve used you many times and it’s always had a great time, but this time was a disaster and that’s 75 extra bucks. I am not paying.
DAVID WMove went well had to use roadside for a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and we got serviced within an hour and a half. U haul is awesome to work with

DANIEL MVery much appreciated the help I recieved! No real issues other than technology hiccups but as far as the rental went, Zero issues from pickup to drop-off. Will be using uhaul again and if in the area where I picked my trailer up again, I'll take the two that helped me out to dinner! Thanks!!

WILLIAM SI dropped the rental truck off after hours and was charged for fuel I did not use. Fortunately I took a picture of the final mileage and fuel levels and was able to get the appropriate adjustment to my final invoice. I shouldn’t have to invest my time to get an accurate bill.

EDUARDO CRented a covered trailer. Super friendly service. Accommodated late Saturday pick-up and Sunday drop-off. YES... Sunday hours!! Convenient access right on Hwy 63 just south of Hayward, with plenty of room on property for pull through, easy maneuvering for hookup, etc. No hassles. No surprise charges. No - "You have to pick this up at another site." Everything exactly as wanted and promised. Both people, Mira and Ed, were SO helpful, polite, and just plain nice. This rental was painless. Exceptional customer service.

LELAND CPassenger side tire was damaged, missing 20% of it tread. Site owner missed this during their inspection.
ERIC MNothing. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and everything was smooth, clean easy to understand. Then I needed it an extra day I called. She said no problem and extended my rental. They were very nice about it. I would recommend this location to any and everyone! Mira was great! And when I dropped it off, I didn’t catch his name, but I think her husband Was great as well. He even reminded me to take a picture of gas in mileage for my protection!!

RICHARD KI was originally told the drop off would be at 16288 Stress Rd, Hayward. That lady would not accept a trailer and initially was very unfriendly and argumentative, not a pleasant interaction nor a good way to generate business.

Greg Rnothing..IT WAS PERFECT and EASY...NO STRESS The couple that run this operation are very friendly and enjoy the business that they are in. They helped hook me up, I didn't need to bring a helper and i was able to return the trailer at night and got their help to unhook. I've rented before at other locations and states, this location was a breeze . I hate stress...I love this UHAUL location.!!!
