Location is very remote and out the way

Sonya PPoor cellular service for a self assist pick up location. Maybe get wifi at the site so you can actually do the online check in instead of waisting 45+ mins to get through it. The code on the lock was 4 digits but was only given 3.
Courtney AAt pickup we were told that we could return everything at any uhaul dealer. We took it to the closest one to our destination. They charged us $40 plus tax. That’s unfair since we didn’t want to drive 30 miles to the next closest one.
Linda CGrass could be cut, no one was there, we dropped off before they opened, Great location but not the greatest welcoming look. Needs some up keep.

SUZANNE WTrucks parked in extremely tall, wet grass, shoes soaking wet getting stuck lock opened on the back of the truck, guy who operates this location lives next door and apparently sleeps extremely late and was no help at all, DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WEWAHITCHKA LOCATION. Customer service was no help as well, they just recommend you go to a different location, ERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH.

Marion WI was suppose to drop off in Blountstown. However out of 2 one was closed down and the other closed for personal reasons... So I had to drive 50 miles out of my way and use an additional 30.00 in gas.. I called customer service for help and she actually hung up on me !! I've used U-Haul for almost 50 years but will never use them again... I was out of money and in tears.. Do better U-Haul with your customer service and your locations !!

Nestor BWas charged for mileage which was over but only due to pick up location changed to one further away. No credit offered for leaving almost a 1/4 tank over what I received truck with.
Theresa TThe customer service was great. The truck I was suppose to get had not been returned when I arrived to pick it up. But I had a gaurentee and they worked it out. The truck I rented was almost new with less than 5000 miles on it, but it was the worst of any uhaul I have ever rented. It was extremely jurky. It felt like it was always trying to get into the next gear. This occurred in tow mode and out of tow mode. I tried speeding up to see if it would smooth, but that didn't work either. This truck really needs to be checked.

Ed MThis UGaul center is open 7 days a week. I needed a trailer on Sunday and got it. In the pouring rain we were greeted with a huge smile and professional manner. Had everything we needed. Even a lights hookup. Very friendly service. Sal is the best!
BRENDA MThe people at U-Haul in Wewahitchka were very capable and pleasant. Our only complaint is that the site is very much out of the way. The franchisees graciously compensated by giving us miles to cover the distance between their site and Eastpoint, FL where we would normally have rented the truck if a U-Haul franchise had been available.
TOM BEverything was great! U-haul was very clean and full of gas. The owner of the business was super helpful and I was able to take off within 10-15 minutes. Super quick and easy. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.
Joshua MThis is my second time selecting and using this location for cross-country moving. Each time Sal and son Tony have provided the best of service and equipment. If you need equipment to rent, definitely use these guys, you won't find better guys or service.
Roy BMy experience with this location was a positive experience with a good selection of equipment on-site. Sal was very helpful in answering our questions regarding the truck we were interested in renting, and the U-haul process. I recommend this location and these folks to everyone. The smart phone app worked well for check-out and pick up, but was would not work or check-in and continued to fail after four attempts.
