Bit tricky to find, but that’s actually a Kamloops City issue and my poor understanding of using the map app. Parked on the service road in front of the service station as lot was rather busy.
Ralph ADo not have this business as a u haul location. It will drastically drop the overall reputation of U-Haul. U-Haul changed my confirmed and reserved pick up location with very little notice. It took almost 1 1/2 hours to get access to the truck which added $300 to paying the movers. U-Haul customer service is horrible. I made 5 calls trying to get the pickup to go through. The original number to call back that was provided in the reservation confirmation email was not the correct number. I was asked several times to provide information I had already provided and had to wait each time for it to be approved again and again. If I could give negative stars I would. Will definitely not use U-Haul ever again nor recommend to anyone to book online
theresa dThe individual was very pleasant but there was not much space to park a large truck. It was as clean and inviting as an auto mechanic shop could be.
kirk APlace is not equipped to be doing uhaul pickup or drop off. Went to pick trailer up and multiple cars were in its way. Ended up taking about an hour and a half to be able to leave the building
Cordell bThe parking lot is tiny and cramped full of cars awaiting repair's. It’s got a long narrow downhill driveway. No where to turn around or back a trailer up. Horrible access. I had to get my kids and husband to help me move the trailer by hand because I could not back my truck up. It’s the worst location. I would not rent there again. Ever.
Erin DThanks to the people at the Kamloops U-Haul everything turn out ok but the people at the Trail.BC location offers no help or solutions for the truck they couldn’t provide. I had to drive from Whisler to Kamloops to get the truck that I found my self. But thanks to the people in Kamloops everting turned out Ok. The truck was perfect. Thank you !
Claude DHad reservation for 830am but they thought it was 930am. I had movers waiting for me didn't get come until 10am

TYSON SSignage isn’t very big, and wasn’t,t obvious it was a UHaul location. Staff person was very polite and helpful.
