Thanks to the people at the Kamloops U-Haul everything turn out ok but the people at the Trail.BC location offers no help or solutions for the truck they couldn’t provide. I had to drive from Whisler to Kamloops to get the truck that I found my self. But thanks to the people in Kamloops everting turned out Ok. The truck was perfect. Thank you !

Had reservation for 830am but they thought it was 930am. I had movers waiting for me didn't get come until 10am

Signage isn’t very big, and wasn’t,t obvious it was a UHaul location. Staff person was very polite and helpful.
