It was dark when I returned the truck to this location. The lot was poorly lit and lots of pot holes..

Not a professional environment. U haul rap was nice enough. Kids behind a curtain talking, loud and screaming having fun, but this was a business and so I needed to be able to hear her so she just talked louder instead of having them calm down. Also, my husband is in the midst of cancer recovery and had to use the restroom and she had no restroom available. She says. Maybe it would be best if you went and checked out the location for yourself.

I don’t see how you can improve exceptional! Of all the years I’ve rented equipment, Sarah and company are the absolute best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I can’t think of a rental place that I would use unless for some reason Heart to Feathers didn’t have what I need. They have my business hands down!

Shop owner was very helpful and friendly. The issue I ran into was there are several animals free roaming the property including chickens, roosters and 2 turkeys that were at least 80 pounds and although she assured me they were friendly if I was not an animal person I would not have even gotten out of the car, The office has several kinds of animals in it as well (rabbits, hens and more) and smelled very strongly of urine. Again, I would like to repeat she was very friendly and helpful, but she just needs to consider her customers and the possible liability of an animal attack

Best uhaul i've ever used.

The location manager was excellent! After being told by two other Uhaul locations that a particular car hauler wouldn’t work for my needs, she confirmed that it would, in fact, work and reserved it for me immediately. She knows her equipment and will go out of her way to get what you need if it isn’t there. I will only use her location for all my Uhaul needs!!!
