We'll from a safety standpoint, the fact that the passenger side mirror moves while you are driving makes it useless. Need to turn right? Then say a prayer because you cannot see any thing. From a convenience standpoint, the tank was empty.

Simone Turner was great to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. We had a change to a 15ft. unit versus a 10ft. unit. She made the changes quickly and had us on our way in a very short time.

It took over 15 minutes talking through a doorbell to get going upon arrival. I had a reservation for 11am, showed up at 10:45am. It took till 11 to have the gent in the doorbell work the system so I could actually get the code to the lock. If I had known I'd have to go through that process, I'd have picked another location. It shouldn't be that hard.

Pick up was supposed to be in person. I arrived during normal business hours and no one was there. I spent 45 minutes working on the phone with U Haul to get checked in and access the truck key because I didn't have a link to check in with the mobile app. I also ordered 6 blankets which were not in the truck. Though U Haul employees on the phone were very nice and helpful, the experience was a bit frustrating. I was assigned this location for pick up because I had a one-way reservation. Please check with this site to make sure of their availability. Otherwise, mark them as mobile pick up only and let the scheduler know that no one will be there so we as customers also know what to expect.

My order included rental of utility dolly, furniture dolly, and 2 dozen pads. These items were not in the truck when I picked it up. The office was unexpectedly closed and stopped answering my calls. I had to go to a different UHaul store to rent these items, and of course I had to pay for renting them. So, I paid twice for renting these items. A check of my rental records will confirm this double-payment. I expect to receive a refund on my credit card for the duplicate cost of renting these items. Please advise ASAP.

My truck was cancelled at one location so I had to pick it up elsewhere, which was fine, but I had no code for the lock box. I called in and spoke with Adrienne who was more than helpful! Had it not been for her helping me I would have just cancelled alltogether.

The only thing that could make this location better would be to identify where to park the U-Haul. I had to move it to a different spot after I initially parked because the owner wanted it somewhere else, but there were no signs indicating where I should’ve parked in the first place

The employees did NOT check that the trailer was one way or round trip even though we came and asked, they said "sure why not" and took it even though we asked for guidance to make sure we weren't making a mistake. We were NOT supposed to drop off at that location. In addition, we dropped it off on July 2nd, as agreed. The employees that let us drop it off there didn't check it into the system until the following monday- we were hit win 300$ WORTH OF FEES all weekend because they chose to wait till Monday, and no one on the 24 hours service line would stop the charges!! I will never use haul again.

They under-reported my fuel by 1/4 of a tank resulting in costing me almost $40. I received the invoice while waiting for a ride. I immediately went inside to request they review the fuel level and was told by the front desk they couldn't help me and to call the 18004684285 number. I still haven't heard a reply from 18004684285.

Took me an hour and half to get a key on a Friday because they were closed chasing after one virtual thing after another finally the ring camera helped which took another 10 minutes because his virtual internet wasn't working well. I talked with his son earlier and told him I couldn't get there before 3 and he did not update my reservation..will not use uhaul again

I dropped the truck off after hours. Fortunately, there was already one other truck parked in the area, so I figured out where to leave mine. The app worked great for the drop off. Overall, the communications regarding the rental were fantastic. Your survey sucks!!! It won't accept my Not Applicable responses. I dropped it off after hours and dropped the key in a slot. Just for spite, I'm going to say No.

The location had an issue arise where no employees were at the store to assist with in-person check in, my elected process. The lcoation did start the process of transitioning my rental to self-service, but I had to call customer service to complete the change and the self check-in process as my account was still for in-person online and on the app.

This location was fine and the customer service was above and beyond. What could be improved in corporate is the automated systems. We were contacted electronically that our pickup location had been changed and the form asked if we wanted to change the pick up time. We decided to change it to 1/2 an hour before our originally scheduled time. What the system does not tell you is that the location may be closed at the time you select. That you need to access another electronic system and complete tasks in order to be able to access the key in the remote lock box. Luckily, the location contact noticed we were coming in early and showed up before opening time. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the app to work to get the key, 3 customer service reps from traffic couldn't get the situation resolved, and it took us an hour to get to the key - 20 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time. A complete failure of corporate systems, not the location personnel. Then, somewhere in trying to get our lock box open, our reservation was changed from one-way to local. When we went to drop off the truck (out of state), we were unable to because they could not access it in their system. The drop-off occurred before 5 p.m. on the Friday of Memorial Weekend, and the rental location in Indianapolis had closed. Indiana traffic did not answer repeated phone calls Friday or the following Tuesday morning. It took calling the regional manager on Tuesday to resolve the issue and get the truck turned in.

The only thing that wasn't seamless happened when I picked up the truck. The fuel tank was very low (1/16). The representative didn't tell me about a fuel credit that happens if I return the truck with at least a quarter of a tank. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Do rent out vehicles with a check engine light on! Have customer service available to answer your questions. Don’t make someone wait over 30 minutes for a call back! Very unprofessional service at this location!

The issue was with Uhaul itself, not with the location or operator. Poor confirmation system, detail, e-communications, sent to wrong site, changed 'locations' on us. Equipment worked fine (well maintained) but was not clean. Overall, I will never use UHaul again until I see it has upgraded its fleet and provided better comm's with its operators

When I reserved the truck, I opted for direct reimbursement and to not pay for coverage however I ended up signing off on papers that indicated I wanted coverage. Ended up paying fifteen more dollars because it was switched without me knowing. This was the only con when it came to renting a truck from here.

There was a lot of confusion about which truck was ours (not on our end) and the key wasn’t there for us to access independently. The owner had to come back and give us the key which didn’t allow us to get our truck until about 6:50 (50 minutes late) cutting a huge chunk of time out for moving. We barely made it back on time and didn’t have time to stop for gas so now we’re stuck with the fees and consequences of a 3 hour move.
