Communication in your company. Was told I would get $45 off rental if dropped where you wanted. I agreed. 1 day after agreement while picking up was told by corporate that I couldn’t get discount. Had to talk to manager to get what I was told the day before. Almost 1 hr to pickup my rental because of corporate. Scott did a great job at the pickup location!!
