basically there was no customer service!! being little friendly certainly would not hurt the business. in the truck there were light duty dolly tied with plastic string and Rigo said "if this seal breaks you pay the charge" but it broke while I was using the truck and I rented heavy duty dolly so I would not have to use it. when I came back after few hours to return the truck he was not there so I explained to the Spanish lady who was there and she said that "I will tell Rigo" also I only drove the truck approx 25 miles and I DID NOT put the gas but you should see how much he charge !!! I have use u-hall before(one in Rosecrans ) and they had great service but they did not have the small van I needed it this time. It really makes me think hard before I go to u-hall again.roy K.

Quote the correct prices was charged double the amount than what was stated. Also charged for cleaning when I personally cleaned it. Won't recommend to anyone or be back.peter M.

I haven't request for CDW coverage. When I received the bill through email, I was charged extra $10 for insurance. We haven't discussed anything about additional charges in person. However, I have to deal with auto insurance charges most of the time renting a vehicle. Overall, U-haul has best flat rate and definitely will come back. Thank youYOUNG WOON K.
I felt like this person kept trying to add charges. He wanted me to keep the truck to charge me an extra day. The web site states that he closes at 6 pm. I was going to return it at 4 pm and he told me that he closes at 4 pm. If I returned it after 4 pm, I would have to do a mobile check-in and would be charged a $20 fee. I moved a pool table from one location to another. He tells me that I didn't sweep it. UM EXCUSE ME I did not dirty it. The table was on a clean blanket it was slid into the truck and slid out. No one went into the truck. WHAT DIRT??? he said it would be a $5 cleaning fee. Don't be fooled by the $19.95 price. The gas gage was at 1/2 and he noted on the paper that it was 5/8. A lot of add ons. Go for a rental that is unlimited miles.Christina P.

I was try self pickup using U-Haul app on other dealer. System just refused to rent because required more information base on my profile while using app. It was wasting time and useless and pretty bad experience that i first time try U-Haul app.Randy B.
I used my debit prepaid card for the payment and was hold up to 180$ and till this day haven't returned my money this is very stressful because I need my money and now I have to wait until this is settled and very bad customer service at the location of pick up will never go back there againErnesto E.

He is selling matress at the same timeâ€¦ not really helpfull.. he charged me 10 dollards extra in cash for the trailer ballâ€¦. .i paid 2 Days and the 2day he asked me to bring it back 6hours before the time Calling many times â€¦ i rent it there only because of the ubicaction..Erika O.
Not sure why, but I had trouble returning the truck using the self-service method via the Uhaul website on my Android phone. Had to use an iPhone because the website got stuck at the "agree to share location" page even though I've agreed to share.Ta-Cheng L.
