Very helpful and friendly. Top notch customer service, ease of transaction when my previous U-Haul reservation fell through.
Karen SI was told they might charge me double for not being able to drop it off at the original location but my truck broke down and I didn't make to the original location even though where I was supposed to pick it up they called and switched the location in middle of going to pick it up I paid 58.31, ended up costing me 195.48 in not happy about that there should be a adjustment.

bobby sRented a 15 foot truck with car tow dolly. The truck was soo full of dog hair on the seats I had to take it home and clean it along with sticky soda spill on the cup holder area. The dolly was hooked to the truck by the store. While putting the chains on the car it was found to have a missing hook on one of the chains. Had to go back in the store to get the clerk. We were told to take it home with one chain and call the U haul # to get the hook replaced. It was funny because we were told the truck had to be clean before turning it in. It just wasn't clean when we received it.
BRYAN DI made a mistake in my estimate of time I had with the vehicle, and when presented with the conflict, I was treated with patience and respect. Initially, I was of a mind that it was U-haul's mistake and said so with conviction. However, it turned out to be MY mistake. I wasn't belligerent in any way, but the clerk was very courteous and respectful despite my protestations.

James JI know that I was supposed to inspect before I left the location, but the dolly had a tab that was ripped off when I opened the truck door. I didn’t use it because I had three dollies at my house. But the tag wasn’t reapplied after the last use and I didn’t use it.

Sandra GI think that the overall experience was good although I believe we wer overcharged for the drop off fee. This part of the experience was very disheartening. We will not use UHaul again for that reason.

Gabriel SThere was nobody there on Sunday which is not so much of a problem however the online app and "verify you location" that you are prompted to do on the app doesn't work there because the wireless signal there is shit. Maybe 1 or 2 bars (after several attempts with 2 different phones with both ATT and T mobile services that should have 5G). Bloody irony of the whole mess is that there's a big cell tower within view of the store! I didn't know whether the rental go checked in properly until I received an emailed invoice @ "0" dollars a couple days later. My only concern was that it is an open lot and any dumbass could have taken off with the trailer and I would have been liable for it since the drop-off app wasn't working to prove I actually showed up there with the trailer.

David SCab was a little dirty. Had a little trouble with the ramp. Maybe something bent underneath.
John MThe trucks brakes squealed and shook the truck when braking. Driver door rattled loudly the whole time driving. The truck would also start shaking when accelerating, the truck leaned to the right very DANGEROUSLY and not safe at all. Thank goodness I've driven these big trucks before. By far, the unsafest and lack of preventantive maintenance truck I've rented yet.
Zane WThe lady who runs this place is so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure I could do the job I was tasked with with no bumps in the road or hiccups. All the pricing was fair, she was sympathetic to my truck parking situation. Just a wonderful human being. If I ever get a load out here again, she will be my first stop for sure.

Arthur BThis truck is ready for retirement, power steering does not work at idle, vibration in steering and shifter is hard to move sometimes. The truck was clean just worn out.

Daniel BI feel terrible I can’t remember the lady’s name at Heber Springs. But she’s awesome. My best advice. Listen to what she has to say. Find as many like her as you can. I also spoke with a man at the Quitman location. He was very friendly and helpful.

Farrin OWe had to drive out of our way to pick up the truck. Also, we were asked to take a trailer and was offered $25 then uhaul wanted to charge us $30 for insurance. It was not worth our effort to take the trailer.
Todd RThis was my drop off back here at home and the lady was very nice and very helpful. she was also who I called when I needed to rent the towbar to retrieve my daughter and her car from Altanta TX. she set everything up for me on the computer here in AR and all I had to do is go the Uhaul location in Texarkana and get the tow dolly......thanx a million great service!!
