Tires were crap and had flat spots which made it harder to pull. Everything was jammed up and was a pain in the ass. And I know how to hook up a trailer so that's insulting I can't rent a trailer without uhaul hooking it up.

Everything was great! Great Customer Service at the location! The only trouble I had is the profanity that someone put on the wall inside the storage bed and Uhaul sent me an email to download the app and it didn't work when I tried to use it. Luckily, it still let me do updates online so it still all worked out. Thank you, to Hectors Hay and Feed!

I reserved the trailer for pickup in Lakeside Az and at the last minute you changed the pickup location 40 miles away, which added 80 miles to my drive.

I understand that there is always room for improvement, but these folks have it together at a level that I am unable to provide or suggest any improvement in the way they conduct the rental process. Okay, maybe free doughnuts and coffee? Or a drink and a sandwich?

Rented equipment always seems to look like it was used by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Honestly, some dry lube spray would go a long way to improve usability.

We were charged for an extra day that was to be credited for us hauling a load for your company. Our trip experience was terrible the breaks were going bad..and we had to add oil. Over all it was a terrifying ride..couldn't reach road side assistance..then to be charged for what we understood was our free day..
