Horrible customer service. Two younger people doing absolutely nothing at the front desk. I walked in and they were not helpful at all with the return process. They said their manager wasn’t there and didn’t know anything about the U-Haul process. Mumbled words to me, speaking very monotone and were looking at their phone the whole time I was asking questions. Would not recommend, if they didn’t know what to do then their manager is at fault and they could’ve at least been inviting and tried their best but they didn’t try AT ALL. First review I’ve ever left in my entire life on anything and this is by far the most irritating issue I’ve had with any business.
